General information

Permulgin 3280 is a mineral wax of the ozokerite type consisting of paraffinic and naphthenic hydrocarbons ca. C20-C70. In stick formulations Permulgin 3280 functions as a oil gellant and improves: hardness, break resistance, temperature stability, texture, oil binding. In emulsion formulations Permulgin 3280 functions as a consistency regulator, improves emulsion stability and when used in combination with Castor Wax (Hydrogenated Castor Oil) suppresses crystallisation of this wax.
